Sweat lodge construction

Wouldn't it be better to construct sweat lodge similar in design to how allot gyms and European groups do it, instead of the traditional way in order to have it?

I mean you don't have to have electricity running to it or propane lines as well, but constructing it in a way that would allow it to pass the council's or state laws, without it being seen as a traditional sweat lodge?

There are ways of doing it and still keep with traditions.
